John Paulsen -Chairman of the Board & CEO
John has over twenty years of experience in delivering development stage companies to long term market leaders. John has served as Chairman and CEO of both public and private companies in a variety of industries. His financial acumen is a major ingredient of operational success for Rotate Black clients.

Dual Cooper - President & COO
Dual has over 30 years of casino, resort and development experience including President & General Manager of Tulalip Casino, Pechanga Resort and Casino. He has further served in key executive positions at the Grand Casinos, Casino Magic, Bally's, Palace Casino, Harrah's and other Nevada properties. Dual's depth of experience and successful application of proven management strategies is something you can take to the bottom line.

Dennis Piotrowski - Executive Vice President
Dennis Piotrowski, Executive V.P., has over 30 years of experience in the resort and casino industry. He was General Manager of the world renowned Binion's Horseshoe Casino and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 15 years. His management experience also includes senior casino executive positions in Aruba, Panama City, Colorado and a number of other Las Vegas properties.

Jeff Bacigalupi - CFO
Mr. Bacigalupi, 41, was recently hired by RotateBlack, Inc. to serve as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bacigalupi's experience includes buy and sell-side investment banking transactions in the hospitality, logistics and manufacturing industries. He most recently served as Managing Director at a boutique investment bank focused on middle-market transactions. Mr. Bacigalupi began his career engaged in domestic and international M&A transactions with the Corporate Finance Group at Deloitte and Touche. He later spent several years in New York serving as Vice President, Institutional Sales at Sanford C. Bernstein, one of the most respected research firms on Wall Street. Mr. Bacigalupi's experience also includes institutional derivates sales with Susquehanna International Group, one of the largest derivates traders in the world. Mr. Bacigalupi earned his MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and BA in Political Economy from James Madison College at Michigan State University.

Jake Vanderlei - President & General Manager of Rotate Black MS, LLC.
Jake has over 19 years of experience in the gaming and entertainment industry.  Most recently he was the Regional VP of Gaming for MGM-Mirage Mississippi where he led the rebuilding of Beau Rivage after Hurricane Katrina and redesigned the casino layout and marketing strategy of Gold Strike.

Susan Kesel - CIO
Susan has over 25 years of experience in the gaming and technology industry with extensive experience in Mississippi and was recently the CIO of the Seneca Gaming Corp. and VP of IT for the Turning Stone Resort and Casino.
